Suzanne offers her Subject Matter Expertise to organizations as they look to design Human Centered programming and WROC ( Workplace Resilient Oriented Communities) to address vicarious trauma and build resilient organizations.



Heads Up U.S. hopes to create impact in three ways by increasing public and workplace awareness; promoting workplace well-being through onboarding practices; organizational culture and intervention; and by reducing personal and professional risk.


We exist to serve organizations who as a collective are chronically exposed to secondary trauma witnessing. We do so by spreading awareness; developing informed leadership, and fostering a company culture that embraces the responsibility of self-care and business care in a way that allows professionals to continue the meaningful work they provide to their communities and the world.
